Hawaiian style: absolutely no shoes in the house! Mahalo for respecting our home!
No smoking inside the house or on the lanai.
Rental Agreement, HOA and pool rules must be acknowledged and signed for the reservation to be confirmed.
The registration certificate must be filled out and turned into the Alaeloa office within 24 hrs from arrival.
All guests need to be registered. Due to insurance restrictions, no visitors or unregistered guests are allowed. Bringing extra people could result in an immediate eviction.
No pets even though we love them.
No smoking or vaping inside the house or on the lanai.
Quiet time 10pm to 8am - Be respectful of the neighborhood.
We have tropical insects and critters like harmless geckos. Our home is treated for pests with non toxic natural products but the occasional bug might still show up!
Guest Safety: All guests are responsible for their own safety.
